I'm Amy
After completing my journalism degree from the University of Tennessee in 2004, I spent a few (looooong) years raising two wild boys. Once they began school, I worked in various fields from writing to advertising/marketing, and even sold Harley-Davidson motorcycles for a several years. Upon moving back home to East TN in 2016 to care for my father, I was looking for a career that offered flexibility to be able to take him to treatments. That's when I stumbled upon my real calling, real estate. Years of moving for my husband's jobs in the utility sector had surprisingly prepared me for this destiny. The ability to help people in a very direct way while protecting their most important assets isn't a job, it's a passion. Whether a client is looking for their first home, struggling ot sell the family estate, or building their portfolio, each interaction is unique and tailored to their needs; an incredibly satisfying process for someone with a desire to serve. This connection and communication with others helped me build what I call "Hustling Dreams". I work with East Tennessee clients in Blount County and surrounding areas, including Knox, Loudon, Sevier, Monroe, Anderson and Jefferson Counties.
In my spare time, I enjoy adventuring with my husband now that we are officially empty nesters! Our oldest son is a power lineman and travels the country helping keep the lights on. Our youngest is attending the University of Wyoming and loving it! (Go Pokes!) We also spend a lot of time with our rescue pets, including two-and-a-half horses, one dog, and two cats - the newest of which is named Cabinet. You’ll have to ask me about that story when we meet!
